Skills on the basketball court aren’t the only way UConn wins national championships. Thanks to our happy cows, specialized Creamery, and faculty expertise, UConn’s cheeses took home top prizes in the American Cheese Society’s annual competition and the Big E cheese competition.

Dennis D’Amico, associate professor of animal science, and Bill Sciturro, UConn Creamery manager, created the cheeses together.
